The role.
In this role you will work within our advertising team, which is split into groups, reporting into either the Head of Advertising or a Group Advertising Strategist. As part of the advertising team you will work closely with other search departments within the agency, along with our client services team. You will be given guidance by senior colleagues with the aim to increase your knowledge and confidence growing within the team.
As an Advertising Executive you will be involved in the day-to-day delivery and management of our smaller to medium sized advertising accounts and projects within your group. Supporting your team to analyse trends and find insights when reviewing data. You will support the client services team with reporting, statistics and sharing possible opportunities and ideas. Additionally, you'll attend, and eventually lead, client meetings for smaller to medium client accounts, often with support from the team. You’ll assist your team by taking responsibility of the admin function, client communications and meeting organisation.
The person.
We are looking for someone with an understanding of digital advertising principles and platforms and some experience in delivering creative and effective advertising campaigns. We work with lots of data, so proficiency with Excel would be hugely beneficial. Being a creative thinker, will enable you to overcome potential issues that may arise and the confidence to suggest improvements.
You'll gave a keen eye for digital advertising and taking pride in what you deliver. We work as an extension of our client’s team, spending time learning about their aim, vision and share in their goals. We are looking for someone who is dependable and committed to our clients and our team.

Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for someone who can travel to our Ipswich office. We operate a hybrid working model, where our team can choose to work from home, in the office, or a mixture of both. We come together twice a month for full agency days, and for team days. It would be beneficial to be local to the team, to enable cross team knowledge sharing and learning opportunities.

- During this final stage interview there will be an interview task, which we will send across to you to review. Once reviewed we’ll organise the interview allowing enough time to prepare.
