The role.
We are looking for an Advertising Trainee to join our team. In this role you will work within our advertising team, which is split into groups reporting into the Head of Advertising. As part of the advertising team you will work closely with other search departments within the agency, along with our client services team. You will receive hands-on guidance from senior colleagues, with the aim of building your knowledge and confidence as you grow within the team.
As an Advertising Trainee you will support the day-to-day delivery and management of advertising accounts and projects across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Facebook. You'll help the team analyse trends and find insights from data, and support client services with reporting, statistics and ideas for improvement. You'll assist with client communications, meeting preparation and report creation, all with the backing of experienced members of the team.
The person
We are looking for someone with a genuine desire to build a career in digital advertising. You don't need years of experience we believe that the right person can develop the skills they need with the right support and environment around them.
You'll be a confident communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a keen eye for detail and a curiosity that drives you to ask questions. You'll be a creative thinker, able to spot a problem and suggest a solution. We work with a lot of data, so comfort with Excel and a willingness to learn data analysis would be a real advantage. Most importantly, you'll be dependable, enthusiastic and ready to take responsibility as part of a team.

We operate a hybrid working model, where our team can choose to work from home, in the office, or a mixture of both. We come together twice a month for full agency days and team days. Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for someone who can travel to our Ipswich office.
